We have provided comprehensive legal assistance to our client – one of the largest Latvian providers of general cargo logistics services SIA DANIR 19 with the sale of the company’s majority capital shares to the international freight forwarder Léon Vincent, a société par actions simplifiée, based in France and its related territories, expanding the LVO Group’s global network of companies and supplementing it with the representation in Latvia, Turkey and Kazakhstan.
