Skrastiņš & Dzenis Law office​ has been ranked in the IFLR1000 2023 rankings

On 3 June, the RSU Foundation’s Patron Appreciation Event took place at the Medical Education Technology Centre of Riga Stradiņš University (RSU), bringing together current and prospective patrons, RSU leadership, representatives of the Alumni Association, the Foundation’s cooperation partners, and supporters.

The law firm Skrastiņš & Dzenis, in cooperation with its Lithuanian colleagues from Motieka & Audzevičius, represented a client before the German Arbitration Institute (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit, DIS) in dispute concerning construction development in Germany.

We are pleased to announce that the law firm Skrastiņš & Dzenis, in collaboration with our colleagues from the law firm Rode & Partneri, has successfully represented a client in a case concerning criminally obtained assets.

We have provided comprehensive legal assistance to our client - one of the largest Latvian providers of general cargo logistics services SIA DANIR 19 with the sale of the company's majority capital shares to the international freight forwarder Léon Vincent, a société par actions simplifiée, based in France and its related territories, expanding the LVO Group’s global network of companies and supplementing it with the representation in Latvia, Turkey and Kazakhstan.

On April 10th of this year, the University of Latvia Foundation hosted an event called the "Patrons' Breakfast." Representatives from SD were also invited as patrons of the Foundation.
