Skrastiņš & Dzenis advised Kesko Senukai group in obtaining competition clearance from Latvian Competition Council. As a result, Kesko Senukai obtained Latvian Competition Council’s approval to acquire 100% shares of one of the largest Latvian e-commerce company 1A.lv (including its e-commerce companies in Estonia and Lithuania) from Latvia based shareholders.

Kesko Senukai is Lithuania based group of companies operating in Do-It-Yourself retailing market and currently operates Senukai, KSenukai and K-Rauta chain brick and mortar stores and internet shops in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. In total the group operates more than 50 DIY stores in Baltic states and Belarus.

Skrastiņš & Dzenis team was led by senior partner Verners Skrastiņš and included associate Evija Ābele and senior associate Aleksandrs Kogucs. The whole project was led by Lithuanian law office Motieka & Audzevičius and included Estonian law office TARK.
