Yet another little Samsung case related victory
On October 10 the Department of Administrative cases of the Supreme Court has decided to declare inadmissible the Competition Council’s application asking to renew the proceedings against one of the cartel members in so called Samsung case, which would possibly enable the competition authority to proceed with establishing our client as a legal and actual successor of the cartel participant fined back in 2009 and impose an obligation to pay the predecessor’s fines. Our law office has contributed to the outcome by several submissions to the Department of Administrative cases of the Supreme court.

Flylal vs Air Baltic: waiting for preliminary ruling to ECJ
