Advised insolvent AS “PNB Banka” on conclusion of agreement on sale of real estate portfolio valued more than 60 mil. EUR

Skrastiņš & Dzenis acted as legal adviser to insolvent AS “PNB Banka” on conclusion of agreement on sale of all real estate. Subject of the agreement is exclusive rights to sell all real estate currently owned by the insolvent AS “PNB Banka”. Value of the said real estate exceeds 60 mil. EUR.

As a result of the transaction Latvian real estate agency Latio acquired exclusive rights to sell the insolvent AS “PNB Banka” real estate. Latio is one of the leaders of the Latvian real estate market with 30 years of experience.

Our team provided general advice on conclusion of such cooperation and supervises the fulfilment of the agreement. The team was led by senior partner Verners Skrastiņš.
