Experience

Vigo is an excellent litigator as well as a talented solution-oriented negotiator.

On a daily basis he handles various types of litigation proceedings, represents clients in out of court settlements, advises clients in insolvency, bankruptcy and debt recovery issues, as well as provides legal assistance in real estate, construction, labour law and various commercial transactions. He has considerable experience in litigating civil disputes in all court instances, starting with simple debt recovery cases and employment disputes up to the most complex shareholders disputes, property rights cases, as well as arbitration procedures.

He is a Member of the M&A team and participates in handling legal due diligence.

Career

Prior to joining the Skrastiņš & Dzenis Law Office in 2002, Vigo, as a lawyer, started his career at Andra Rukmaņa Law Office.

On September 12th 2019 Vigo was approved as the administrator of the insolvent AS “PNB banka”.
