Dispute resolution is one of the core practice areas in our law office. We represent our clients in wide variety of disputes in all instances of the State courts as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution institutions. Dispute Resolution has been one of our principal fields of activities since the very beginning.

Our team of attorneys and associates specialise in complex disputes of involving different claims and international parties. On a regular basis we represent our clients in broad spectrum of litigation cases at courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts as well as of administrative disputes at respective state institutions and administrative courts.

On a regular basis we represent our clients in all levels of the general and administrative courts system, including the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and the courts of appeal.   • Arbitration

We advise and represent clients in arbitrations under various arbitration courts involving domestic and foreign clients and one of our office’s partners is an active arbitrator in Riga Arbitration court.
