Being versatile and many-sided practitioner, Aivis advises clients in the field of Commercial law, Law of obligations, manages and structures M&A deals as well as supervises the work of associates. Aivis has extensive experience in providing legal support in major transactions and investment projects, performing legal due diligence, negotiating acquisition agreements and shareholders agreements.
